Happy 30thBirthday Brian! I miss you everyday but especially today. You were always the first one out of all of us to have a birthday. First one to drive, first one to vote, first one to “legally” drink, and now the first one to turn 30. Thank goodness it was you who did all of those things first… you were a great leader for all of us to follow. Even in your death your memory still inspires and leads us through life. The memories of your contagious smile, your deep laughter, and your amazing spirit are with us on your 30th birthday and everyday. We love you and may the BMA foundation and all the people that love you keep your memory alive forever!

Brian and I shared the same birthday. Every year he would call and sing me happy birthday on our answering machine. It was pretty funny. I am very sad for my Dad that he lost his best friend. One night my Dad cried with me when he was putting me to bed (and I had never seen him cry before). I miss Brian just like my Dad.
